Lori earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Clemson University, and began her professional career with First Union Mortgage and First Union Bank in Mortgage Trading, Mortgage Securitization and Mortgage Lending. Lori's 7+ years of experience in mortgage financing enables her to give solid advice on mortgage programs, the mortgage process and knowing what to expect from mortgage lenders.
Lori met Kenny Fuqua at Clemson University and married in 1997. Lori and Kenny
have two children, Cole, born in 2002, and Shea, born in 2005. In her spare
time, Lori enjoys golf, tennis, and being with her family.
Kenny Fuqua Kenny earned his undergraduate degree in Management from Clemson University, and began his professional career as the Regional Marketing Director with an Appraisal and Title Company located in Charlotte, NC. During his 5+ years working in appraisals, Kenny learned the ins and outs of the process in both North and South Carolina. Coupled with his background in the appraisal and title business, Kenny's knowledge of the Charlotte market uniquely qualifies him as a real estate rep. Knowing the details of appraisal, negotiations and market values ensure Kenny's clients get the most for their investment. In his spare time, Kenny enjoys golf, tennis, basketball, and spending quality time at home with the family.
Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, and began his professional career as a product design engineer with Stanley Tools in Portland, Oregon. Upon moving to Charlotte, he transitioned to an Application Engineer role with Rand Worldwide, an engineering solutions provider. Jason entered the real estate field through a few successful renovation projects. He then decided to make real estate sales a full time professional endeavor, earning ‘Rookie of the Year-Helen Adams Ballantyne Office’ designation for 2004. Jason is masterful at analysis, problem solving and helping clients reach their goals. Jason has worked in both appreciating and depreciating markets and knows how to maximize a client’s financial position given varied market forces. Jason is married to Lisa Leake and has two children, Sydney, born in 2005, and Sienna, born in 2007. Jason’s interests include mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, adventure sports, travel, and time with family.
Valerie earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, and worked in Software Engineering at Ingersoll-Rand and Event Planning with WTMI onsite at Bank of America before joining Fuqua Fine Southern Homes. Valerie is married to Scott Sappenfield, and has two children, Kate, born in 2004, and Sam, born in 2006. In her spare time, she likes to golf, practice yoga and spend time with her family.
Deb moved to Charlotte in 1989 where she began work as a real estate paralegal. She quickly realized her love for real estate and after a few short months became a full time Real Estate Agent. She sold real estate for 7 years and has now worked as a closing manager for 8 years. Deb has a grown son, Aaron, and a daughter-in-law, Heather. Deb enjoys in her time off spending time with family and friends, watching Ohio state football, whitewater rafting and vegetable and flower gardening. |
